🛠 Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain critical applications in a cloud-native microservices architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

• Improve system reliability, availability, and scalability (SLOs, alerting, monitoring)

• Enhance observability and incident response processes

• Participate in rotational on-call and support production systems

• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvements

• Design and implement infrastructure architectures (cloud & on-prem)

• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and security best practices

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment quality and velocity

• Continuously evaluate systems and propose improvements

• Participate in occasional team meetings with US stakeholders (at 17:30 CET)

🛠 Tech Stack & Tools You’ll Work With

• Cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)

• Docker & Kubernetes (orchestration & scaling)

• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

• Monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

• Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)

• Git & version control

• Databases & SQL

• On-prem infrastructure (Active Directory, networking)

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Operations roles

• Experience with highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale

• Strong automation mindset and scripting skills

• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure

• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code

• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident management

• Experience with on-prem environments is a strong plus

• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
