Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of product vision, feature direction, KPIs, and live operations. You will work closely with designers, developers, and data teams to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization while building delightful gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Pixel Flow.
• Analyze player behavior, KPIs, and funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead live operations, including events, new features, and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and artists to deliver high-impact improvements.
• Define clear hypotheses, run experiments, and evaluate results with a data-driven mindset.
• Monitor market trends, competitor titles, and emerging features in the mobile games market.
• Ensure the product delivers an exceptional player experience at every stage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of free-to-play economy design, live ops, and KPIs (retention, ARPU, funnel metrics).
• Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests and feature experiments.
• Ability to translate data insights into clear product decisions and action plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using analytics tools (Firebase, Sensor Tower, Looker, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
