Penetration Tester

Overview

A leading European bank is expanding its internal security capabilities and is seeking a Penetration Tester to join its growing team in Poland. This is an opportunity to work within a mature, regulated environment, supporting ongoing security testing and risk identification across a range of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing activities across internal systems and applications
• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts
• Work with security and engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Contribute to the development of internal penetration testing processes and standards
• Produce clear and actionable reports outlining findings and recommendations
• Support the integration of security testing into broader security operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in penetration testing or offensive security
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools
• Familiarity with DAST and SAST methodologies
• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques
• Exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms is beneficial
• Experience working within regulated environments (ideally banking/financial services) is a plus
