Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management and/or Cybersecurity,
• Experience in team management while also being able to take direct technical action when needed,
• Proven experience managing IT operations in large-scale and multi-location environments,
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, virtualization, Windows/Linux systems, infrastructure and network management,
• Good understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall and basic network security principles,
• Experience in information security, patch management, vulnerability management and incident management processes,
• Hands-on experience with Qualys or similar tools for vulnerability analysis and remediation,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, system hardening, logging and monitoring processes,
• Familiarity with KVKK, ISO 27001 and similar security standards,
• Good English communication skills for technical coordination with global teams,
• Strong analytical thinking, crisis management, problem-solving and sense of responsibility,
• Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management and operational cost control.

Job Description:

• Manage the operational and people processes of the Help Desk team supporting store operations,
• Ensure store IT operations run securely, efficiently and without interruption,
• Manage servers, Windows/Linux systems, virtualization and network infrastructure operations,
• Coordinate network infrastructure, connectivity and basic network security processes,
• Ensure implementation and continuity of information security policies and procedures,
• Analyze, prioritize and directly remediate security vulnerabilities identified through Qualys or similar tools,
• Plan, implement and follow up patch management, security updates and maintenance activities,
• Lead technical response and root cause analysis for cybersecurity incidents such as malware, phishing and unauthorized access,
• Oversee firewall rules, access rights and core security controls on a regular basis,
• Work closely with global teams on infrastructure and security-related operations,
• Manage team performance, development and operational efficiency,
• Coordinate operational processes with external vendors and service providers,
• Manage IT budget, audit processes and security compliance activities.
