Business Analyst Assistant Manager

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a ''Business Analyst Assistant Manager'' who has the following qualifications and speaks advanced English for our global leader client who is operating in FMCG field.

Responsibilities:

• Making the link between the key users in the business and the IT functional and development team/partners
• Collaborating closely with software developers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the necessary process changes and system enhancements
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the systems (Sales Automation & Reporting System, SAP, E- Learning Platforms, Digital tools etc.)
• Analyzing the requests and needs of the end users and key users
• Designing and documenting the processes and ensuring that the SAP solution fits with the company processes including all the platforms and guaranteeing that the organization supports these processes
• Taking responsibility for the roll-out, documentation, problem-solving, testing and validation of all new business processes
• Supporting the key users by answering their first line questions, taking ownership for the communication and following-up of second line questions which is redirected to the IT department or to the external partners
• Taking the coordination of any changes or enhancements which is documented carefully to guarantee the necessary communication and understanding of all parties involved
• Collaborating with partners and colleagues of the IT Competence Centre
• Staying updated on industry trends and tools that could benefit sales operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in FMCG sector
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level
• Extensive experience with SAP systems, Digital tools, Sales Automation and Reporting Platforms
• Broad interest in the different modules of an ERP system
• IT business partnering, process design implementation, Sales Automation System know-how and experience as SAP key user is a plus
• Excellent change management skills
• Action oriented, punctual and hands-on
• Great communication and teaching skills and able to build a network, both internally and externally
• Pragmatic and helpful attitude
