Role overview
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Advisory Services web experience migration into the corporate website. The role involves coordinating four parallel workstreams and multiple cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery, while managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of the SE Advisory Services web migration, orchestrating four critical workstreams: UX/UI Design, Technical Development, Automated Content Migration, and Global Deployment.
- Build and maintain a rigorous project roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery of 20+ new Builder.io components and the deployment of 64 marketing pages across 40+ country sites.
- Drive the phased rollout in 9 languages, managing the complexities of local market readiness and global brand alignment
- Supervise the automated migration of 500+ Thought Leadership articles, ensuring data integrity, SEO preservation, and CMS component adaptation.
- Establish and maintain project governance using RACI, RAID logs, and structured communication plans to ensure transparency across all levels.
- Drive rigorous QA cycles and defect resolution to meet high-quality standards before go-live, ensuring technical feasibility and brand visual identity.
- Act as the central point of contact between Business, Brand, CXCT (UX/UI), SE Digital, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Executive Reporting: Organize and lead Steering Committees, Go/No-Go reviews, and bi-weekly status reporting for executive visibility.
- Build and maintain the overall project plan, schedule, and roadmap across four workstream
Required skills & experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, involving website or with a proven track record of leading complex CMS migrations or global website rollouts in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Deep understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, WordPress) and headless CMS workflows (e.g., Builder.io).
- Solid grasp of UX/UI workflows, and automated content migration strategies.
- Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery models; CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is highly preferred
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages could be a significant advantage for global coordination.
