Project Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing projects end-to-end in line with PMO methodologies, processes, and standards
• Ensuring project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk management
• Preparing and updating project plans and regularly reporting progress
• Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders
• Providing periodic status, risk, and decision-support reports to senior management
• Ensuring effective and efficient use of project resources
• Conducting project closures in compliance with PMO standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Preferably at least X years of project management experience within a PMO structure
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and follow-up skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferably holding one of the following certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
