Project Manager

We are one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla, a subsidiary of Assan Panel which is the one of the global top 10 manufacturers and the largest sandwich panel producer in Turkey, Caspian Area and the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries withproduction facilities in Balıkesir, İskenderun, United Kingdom, Jordan, and Azerbaijan.

We are looking for an experienced EPCM Project Manager, fixed term, to join our international construction project in Türkmenistan.

The role will begin in Türkiye, supporting design, production and preparation processes, before relocating to Türkmenistan during the installation phase to lead the project on site.

Job Description

• Control and coordinate the assigned project team
• Manage subcontractor organization, coordination, performance, schedule compliance, quality and HSE requirements
• Protect contractual rights throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage design, production, procurement, logistics, installation and handover processes
• Lead technical meetings with the client and main contractor
• Follow contract scope, variations, claims and payment processes
• Ensure coordination with QA/QC, HSE and site teams
• Monitor project schedule using MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in international project management
• Preferably previous experience in Türkmenistan or CIS countries
• Experience in roofing, façade, aluminium, steel, trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panel, rainscreen cladding or similar building envelope works
• Experience working with international main contractors
• Experience in fast-track project management
• Strong knowledge of schedule management, cost control, resource planning and site organization
• Relocate to Türkmenistan at the start of site installation and reside on site throughout the project
• Able to read and interpret: Shop drawings, BOQ, Contracts, Technical specifications, Method statements, Quality documents, Able to perform project control through various software programs.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• No travel restrictions
• Strong leadership, crisis management, reporting and team coordination skills
