We are hiring a proactive and practical Technical Support Engineer to support our new energy business in Poland, covering inverters, UPS and energy storage battery systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, inspection and daily maintenance of new energy equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical failures for end customers.
Provide professional technical training and after-sales support for local distributors and partners.
Timely respond to customer service tickets, follow up processing progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to solve complex technical and after-sales issues.
Job Requirements
Reside in Poland, local candidate or familiar with the Polish local market is preferred.
Majored in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or other related technical fields.
Prior working experience in solar energy, inverter, UPS or battery energy storage industry is a plus.
Basic English communication ability; Polish speaking is highly preferred.
Solid hands-on operation capability and independent problem-solving skills.
Flexible to take local business trips as required by work.
On-site work in Tarnuf, Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Poland.
