About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with business units to gather, analyze and document reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports using BI tools, with a strong focus on Oracle BI and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
• Manage and monitor BI environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in data models and reporting layers.
• Enable the integration of advanced analytics and automated workflows to drive data-driven insights and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data-driven insights.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-centric role.
• Proven track record of working within the banking, insurance, or financial services sector.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL , including complex queries, joins, and data transformation.
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level BI solutions using Oracle BI tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) (Required).
• Experience with industry-standard BI visualization tools, such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to manage BI infrastructure, including performance tuning, troubleshooting and system maintenance (especially in OAS environment)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and best practices
• Experience integrating BI solutions with data warehouses, databases, and third-party systems
• Educational background in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical executive audiences.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, documentation, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
