Data & Reporting Analyst

As Reed Turkey, we are currently looking for a "Data & Reporting Analyst" for our global client operating in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and usability.
• Perform SQL- and SAP-based data extraction, validation and analysis from multiple data sources to support reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into structured reports and analytical outputs for different stakeholder groups.
• Monitor data quality and consistency, proactively identifying and resolving reporting discrepancies.
• Support automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and insight generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting structures and KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
• Advanced SQL skills for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Experience working with SAP data environments for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Experience working in reporting, analytics or business intelligence roles.
