WordPress Developer Intern

We are looking for a WordPress Developer Intern to support our digital presence and maintain the technical infrastructure that hosts our commercial briefings. What You Will Do

• Maintain the firm's website to ensure that all digital assets and pages are functioning correctly and remain up to date.
• Implement frontend updates using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP to refine the appearance and readability of our commercial insights.
• Coordinate the publication of research briefs and briefings, ensuring that the layout follows our standards of discretion and clarity.
• Monitor site performance and security, performing regular updates to the core WordPress software and the associated plugins.
• Organize the media library and backend structure to ensure a logical and efficient workflow for other team members.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to translate their requirements into functional, grounded web features.
• Identify and fix formatting issues or broken links to ensure a professional experience for our clients.
  
  

What You Bring

• A practical understanding of WordPress, including how to manage themes and plugins without relying on unnecessary visual builders.
• The ability to write clean, standard HTML and CSS to make specific adjustments to the website's structure.
• A high level of attention to detail when it comes to typography, spacing, and the overall logic of a page layout.
• A professional and direct communication style, with the capacity to explain technical limitations or requirements clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a recurring set of technical tasks without constant supervision.
