SEO Specialist (GCC & International) – Perfume Industry

📍 Location: Ajman, UAE (On-site / Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and manage our search engine optimization strategy across the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both technical SEO and luxury brand positioning, with a strong ability to drive organic growth in competitive markets.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple GCC and international markets
• Optimize websites for Arabic & English search (multi-language SEO)
• Conduct keyword research targeting UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait & global audiences
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements
• Improve rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Implement local SEO strategies for store locations and regional targeting

🎯 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO (eCommerce preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GCC market search behavior
• Experience with multi-region and multi-language SEO
• Understanding of Shopify / Laravel SEO structure is a plus
• Familiar with technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Preferably:

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury brands
• Experience managing international SEO campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion optimization (CRO)
