TimeXtender

AI-first Full Stack Developer

TimeXtender
Norway · Full-time · Associate

TimeXtender delivers secure, trusted, AI-ready data for every decision.

Our metadata-first platform enables mid-sized enterprises to build future-proof data infrastructure 10x faster than traditional methods. By automating the complex layers of data ingestion, preparation, and delivery, TimeXtender provides a secure foundation for analytics and AI across cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments. We give data teams the agility they need and the governance compliance demands.

The role

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with an eye for AI who writes clean, maintainable code. We believe the best developers use AI to amplify their craft, so if you're also effective with modern AI coding tools like Copilot or Claude, even better.

As part of our Engineering Circle, you’ll work across the full stack on a variety of features and challenges - from shaping requirements to shipping code. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Engineering and Product, contributing your voice to technical decisions and playing an active part in the full development lifecycle. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to AI-driven product capabilities, helping shape how customers interact with their data.

Applicants must be based and have unrestricted right to work in Norway. Relocation or sponsorship are not currently available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, scalable features across the full stack using C#, .NET, Blazor, and SQL.
  • Contribute to web-based and desktop applications within the TimeXtender product suite.
  • Enhance existing solutions with AI-driven functionality and help bring AI capabilities into the product.
  • Help maintain internal AI packages and microservices, enabling developers across TimeXtender to build with AI.
  • Take ownership of your workload, proactively prioritise tasks, and reach out when you need input or support.

What we're looking for

We are open to different levels of experience but prefer at least 2 years working as a developer and as part of a team.

Technical skills and domain knowledge

  • Experience with C# and .NET (object-oriented) and front-end development (Blazor preferred).
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with data platform or data warehousing concepts.
  • A degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent practical experience - you understand software engineering best practices and value clean, maintainable code.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as part of your workflow.

Problem-solving and creative thinking

  • Ability to see through solutions when identifying problems and seeing learning and improvement as key factors for success
  • Don’t mind being the first one to try out a new way of doing things
  • Creative mind with design thinking and an eye for creating good user experiences
  • Focus on getting things done and reaching out proactively when needed

Communication and collaboration

  • Ability to work independently within an agile framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Collaborative mindset to work well with other developers and stakeholders
  • Ability to formulate constructive input and feedback to share knowledge and facilitate learning with teammates

Continuous value creation

  • Desire to be involved and have a say in the whole process, from when a feature comes in until it is released
  • Growth mindset - seeing learning and improvement as key factors for success
  • Curious and constantly seeking out new knowledge, researching technologies relevant to the field.
  • Strong ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands effectively.

Why Join TimeXtender?

We are on a mission to automate the world’s data infrastructure, making it AI-ready, secure, and accessible for everyone. At TimeXtender, you’ll join a high-performance culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and tangible impact.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company with strong product-market fit and a clear vision for the future. We operate with low bureaucracy and high standards. If you are energized by challenge, excited by scale, and want to shape the trajectory of a growing global company, this is your place.
