Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll play a key role in bridging development and operations, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and efficient across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for scalable applications
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve system reliability and performance
• Implement IaC using tools like Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates
• Monitor system health and ensure high availability across critical services
• Strengthen security practices across infrastructure and pipelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
• Hands-on experience Kubernetes and AKS
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Proven hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments
• Knowledge of observability tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Background in energy, engineering, or industrial sectors
