User Interface Designer

Job Title: UX/UI Designers

Industry: Financial Services / Business Banking

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Hybrid/Abu Dhabi or Dubai

Monthly Rate: 15,000 - 20,000 AED per month

The Role:

• UX/UI hybrid design role supporting a business banking transformation programme

• End-to-end product design including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design

• Working within agile delivery teams across multiple workstreams

• Designing for complex enterprise banking systems and workflows

• Producing user-centred design solutions aligned to business banking needs

• Collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and developers

• Supporting iterative design improvements based on user and business feedback

• Contributing to large-scale digital transformation delivery

Skills Needed:

• Strong UX/UI design experience across digital products

• Background in financial services / banking environments

• Experience in business banking or corporate banking preferred

• Ability to work on complex enterprise-level systems

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar modern design tools)

• Experience working in agile delivery environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
