We are working with a well-established, fast-growing creative agency in Dubai that is looking to bring on a Junior Designer to support across a range of branding, social, and campaign projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop within a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment and gain exposure to high-profile regional and international clients.

The Role

You will work closely with senior designers, creative leads, and account teams to bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints. This role will suit someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and passionate about design.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team across branding, social media, and campaign work
• Create visual assets for digital and print including social posts, presentations, and marketing materials
• Assist in developing creative concepts and executing them to a high standard
• Adapt existing designs across multiple formats and platforms
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a design role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and social work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic understanding of motion or video tools (e.g. After Effects) is a plus
• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience working on social-first content
• Exposure to regional brands or campaigns
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
