Senior Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical or MEP) - Norway

Project Location: Rotation to Norway.

A leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Managers to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on hyperscale data centre projects. You will manage the full lifecycle from design coordination to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery across complex, high-value

developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP scope across all project phases.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with design intent, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate interfaces between Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and other disciplines.
• Track progress, manage risks, and support recovery plans as needed.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning, including Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and accountability.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience delivering Mechanical or Electrical systems in data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power distribution, UPS, standby generation, and controls.
• Proven commissioning and IST experience.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
