About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in fintech and consumer technology to drive agile delivery across our cross-functional product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer platforms , agile frameworks, and the dynamics of scaling complex digital products in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will act as a servant leader and agile coach, ensuring that teams deliver high-quality software that meets business goals — on time, within scope, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure clear prioritization and alignment of sprint goals.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices across teams.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze sprint metrics (velocity, burn-downs, cycle time) to help teams improve efficiency and predictability.
  • Guide teams in adopting agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and techniques that best fit fintech product cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance, security, and data teams to ensure agile delivery within fintech regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS).
  • Support multiple squads working on AI, platform, customer service and experience
  • Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent agile certification.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
  • Proven experience working in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using delivery metrics to drive improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a scale-up or startup fintech or consumer platform environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes in financial software delivery.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Prior exposure to API-driven architectures, payment gateways, or core banking systems.
