Elchai is developing multiple digital, AI-assisted, and technology-driven projects across websites, operations, marketing, and blockchain/Web3 initiatives.

We operate in a fast-paced environment focused on execution, structured thinking, and real output.

Role Overview

We are hiring 2–3 highly motivated Web3 / Blockchain Research Interns.

This is a high-ownership role designed for candidates who can research, learn and execute independently.

You will support the company in analyzing blockchain projects, reviewing token models, testing Web3 product flows, and producing structured research that can be directly used in real business decisions.

Important: Role Reality

This is not a traditional internship.

• There is no step-by-step training program
• You are expected to learn independently and execute
• You must be able to research unknown topics and deliver output
• The team provides direction and feedback, but you are responsible for results

If you require constant supervision or basic training, this role is not suitable.

Focus Areas (Assigned After Selection)

Selected candidates will be assigned to one of the following tracks based on their strengths:

1. Tokenomics & Crypto Research

• Token utility analysis
• Supply, allocation, vesting
• Incentive structures and risks
• Competitor and market analysis

2. Blockchain Technical Research & QA

• Wallet and Web3 product testing
• Testnet interactions
• Blockchain explorer analysis (e.g. transaction tracking)
• Smart contract documentation review

3. Web3 Market, Growth & Ecosystem

• Web3 project research
• Ecosystem and competitor mapping
• User journey and product positioning
• Market trends and opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Research blockchain, crypto and Web3 projects
• Analyze token models and project fundamentals
• Identify strengths, weaknesses and risks
• Prepare structured reports, summaries and comparisons
• Test Web3 platforms, dashboards and user flows
• Review documentation, whitepapers and project materials
• Support internal decision-making with clear insights
• Track trends, new projects and market developments

Critical Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong interest in blockchain, Web3 and digital products
• Ability to learn independently without supervision
• Strong research and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to convert complex information into clear output
• Comfortable using AI tools, Google and documentation to learn
• Ability to work in a structured and disciplined way
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, focused and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of:

-Tokens, wallets, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs

• Familiarity with tools such as:

-Blockchain explorers, market data platforms, research tools

• Any personal project, research, or content related to Web3
• Technical or analytical background (not mandatory)

You will not manage funds, execute trades, or provide financial advice.
