Location: Skien, Norway (10/4 rotation)

Salary: Up to £140k

We’re working with an international engineering and construction contractor delivering hyperscale Data Centres across Europe – looking for a Senior Planner to join their team in Skien, Norway.

The Role of a Senior Planner –

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules
• Lead programme planning, sequencing, and logic development for complex construction works
• Interface with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Conduct delay analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
• Drive planning best practices across the project lifecycle

About You –

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects
• Expert user of Primavera P6
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning phases
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Happy to work in Norway on a 10/4 rotation
