Supplier Performance Coordinator
Join our Sourcing Performance team, where you’ll play a key role in managing supplier onboarding, selection, contracting, and operational processes. You'll also drive supplier relationship management and performance reporting, ensuring smooth operations, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance standards. Job Purpose:
Facilitate post-contract performance management tasks, including assisting in KPI development and conducting reviews for both food and non-food suppliers. Plan and facilitate communication with suppliers to foster continuous improvement in their performance, utilizing KPIs set by management and gathering relevant data for strategic supplier reviews (SSRs).
Key Result Areas:
1.Collect and analyse supplier performance data, including relevant metrics and compliance information, to evaluate supplier performance against KPIs.
2.Identify improvement areas with suppliers and communicate the same to them for joint problem solving.
3.Monitor supplier scorecards, track trends, and prepare reports and performance dashboard to communicate performance and quality to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans for addressing identified issues or areas of improvement, including implementing corrective actions and establishing performance improvement plans.
5.Assist in the preparation of and participate in supplier performance reviews and recovery plans, providing input on quality matters.
6.Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards, regulations, and contractual obligations, and take appropriate actions for non-compliance.
7.Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the supplier management process, such as streamlining data acquisition methods or implementing innovative techniques to drive efficiency.
8.Provide structured feedback to management to ensure visibility in the continuous improvement of supplier performance
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
a) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, quality management, procurement administration, or other relevant field. (Must have)
Work Experience:
a)Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
b)Preference for experience in customer-facing roles.
Skills:
a)Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
b)Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
c)Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.
d)Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
