Our challenge
We are looking who can Drive the successful delivery of trading, analytics, and platform initiatives within the Equity Derivatives domain. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with market requirements and front-office workflows.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $115k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document requirements across trading, analytics, and platform projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and define project goals.
Drive delivery timelines, manage expectations, and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Continuously improve processes, workflows, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
Proven BA/PM experience in Capital Markets.
Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives products and workflows.
Front-office workflow understanding.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Educational background in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
