Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which APAC plays a critical role.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an APAC Project Manager to join our team in Singapore.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards of the organization. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving the successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

• Project Planning:2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Execution and Monitoring:6. Lead project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.
• Track project progress, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Stakeholder Management:10. Communicate project updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Budget and Resource Management:14. Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Allocate resources efficiently and adjust as needed.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:18. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.
• Provide regular updates and post-project evaluations to leadership.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Engineering or relevant.
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
