Frontend Engineer [$60 - $120/hour]

Role Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implement best practices in frontend engineering, code reviews, and continuous integration
  • Translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable code components
  • Communicate clearly and proactively through written and verbal channels, contributing to a strong team culture
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance and user satisfaction

Good Candidature

  • 3+ Years of Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications
  • Strong ability to write clear and maintainable code, adhering to industry standards
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective remote collaboration
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying closely aligned with the broader team goals
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex frontend issues

Nice To Have

  • Background in building accessible and responsive web applications
  • Experience working in distributed, remote-first engineering teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development workflows
