• Coach and support a development team to achieve high performance and successfully progress Scrum projects
• Implement Agile best practices and address challenges early to enhance project efficiency
• Collaborate on complex problems and introduce innovative solutions to key stakeholders
• Drive the delivery of project solutions that support the Department of Defense (DoD) missions
• Maintain effective communication and engagement with team members and stakeholders
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Agile Scrum Certification
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Top Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
