What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide leadership and technical consultation for new systems development and existing systems enhancement
• Align teams to Program Increment (PI) Objectives and facilitate Agile practices for successful self-organization
• Lead discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to support value attainment
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on grooming and maintaining the product work backlog
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies for the Agile team and define team operating procedures
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Management, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• SAFe for Teams certification (SA)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Scrum or Agile role within IT
• Knowledge of and/or experience with the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of Agile processes, tools, and techniques, including Program Kanban boards and User Story writing
• Experience in developing large systems or multiple smaller systems
• Understanding of translating complex technical concepts into business language
• Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional Agile teams
• Ability to navigate intra-team conflicts and drive resolution
