Senior Data Scientist | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead and support data science projects to deliver commercial solutions for the Cardiac Rhythm Management organization.

• Utilize machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, data mining, and visualization techniques to solve complex problems related to life-saving implantable medical devices.

• Develop and curate large datasets, extracting insights and presenting them to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understand business needs and translate them into data science project objectives, aligning with long and short-term business goals.

• Manage multiple, concurrent projects of significant scope and complexity.

• Collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, presenting findings to senior management.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary machine learning, pattern recognition, and data mining techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, SAS, Python, SQL, and NoSQL, with strong analytical and data/database design skills.

• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to identify trends and provide business insights.

• Ability to apply scientific knowledge to data modeling, analytics, and predictive/prescriptive algorithms.

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
