Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Engineer position located in Doha, Qatar. The Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of various engineering projects. Key responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, developing technical solutions, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and overseeing project timelines and budgets. The Engineer will also be involved in improving operational efficiency and ensuring the technical feasibility of designs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project planning and scheduling systems used to develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules, such as Primavera
• Ability to lead and oversee a team, including allocating shifts, managing schedule timings, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Proficiency in design and technical engineering tools, including CAD software and advanced modeling systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop efficient and practical engineering solutions
• Experience in project management, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress to ensure timely delivery
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are considered an advantage
• Previous experience in construction, architectural, or design-oriented engineering projects is highly desirable
• Familiarity with local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations
