We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Management Analyst, a permanent role. This position is based in Qatar.
Arabic speakers preferred.
Purpose: This position is responsible for supporting the Talent Management Manager in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent management initiatives that attract, develop & retain top talent for the company.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
HR Data Analysis and Insights
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in talent management, focusing on metrics such as employee engagement, retention & diversity
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics & provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
Identify gaps in HR data and develop strategies to improve data quality and availability
Talent Management Initiatives
Design and implement comprehensive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion programs
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills & competencies, including leadership development, management skills, and technical training
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
Foster effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers & employees
Collaborate with external partners, such as training providers, recruitment agencies, and diversity & inclusion organizations
Ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with business objectives and organizational strategy
Evaluation and Improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion programs
Conduct regular assessments and surveys to measure employee engagement, satisfaction & retention
Provide recommendations for improvement and implement changes to optimize talent management initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to talent management
Compliance and Governance
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to govern talent management practices, including recruitment, selection & employee development
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to policies & procedures
Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills
Qualifications (e.g., Education)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Experience (e.g., Number of years and field / role)
Minimum 7 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field
