SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager

We have an urgent requirement for SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager for our client based in Oman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager to lead a multi-country rollout across ten countries in the EU region. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep expertise in SAP methodologies, strong project management capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  
  

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Lead cross-functional project teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks and issues
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business users, IT teams, external partners, and executive leadership
• Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

SAP S/4HANA Leadership

• Apply strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate)
• Guide teams on best practices to ensure successful rollout outcomes
  
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams
• Provide coaching and direction to ensure effective delivery
  
  

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage project financials, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget
• Optimize resource allocation across project phases
  
  

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
• Develop contingency plans where necessary
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with methodologies
  
  

Project Closure

• Conduct formal closure including documentation, lessons learned, and transition to support teams
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience, preferably in SAP implementations
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle experiences
• Proven experience conducting SAP process workshops and blueprint sessions in large-scale programs
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
