The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist who knows how to close deals but more importantly, how to build long-term relationships and unlock new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new B2B clients across Retail, HORECA, and Wholesale.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities across Oman.
• Execute promotional initiatives to enhance product visibility and demand.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare clear, data-driven sales performance reports.

Requirements

• (FMCG / Food / Meat industry experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven mindset with proven negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license preferred (field-based role).
