Business Development Specialist
VortexGames is an iGaming provider building crash games. We're a startup — and that means two things: every decision here carries weight, and every person impacts the product directly, without sign-offs across seven departments.
We're building a provider that changes what a gaming experience can be. Not "just another one," but the kind people will look back on.
Check out what we do: vortexgames.com
This is a role where you don't just close deals — you build the provider's partner network from the ground up. In crash games, every operator on board means new players, new turnover, and new reputation in the market. So how fast we grow depends directly on who you bring in and how you build relationships with them.
Who you'll work with
The sales, product, and marketing teams — you'll be working closely with all of them. BD here isn't a "separate island": you bring the market inside the company, the product listens to you, marketing amplifies.
Areas of impact
Partnerships and deals
— Sourcing and attracting new partners: operators, platforms, aggregators
— Leading negotiations and managing deals from first contact to launch
— Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners
— Working international markets, identifying new regions for expansion
Pipeline and analytics
— Managing your own pipeline: activities, conversions, results
— Basic analytics on your area — what works, what doesn't, where we grow
— Transparent tracking of your work in CRM
Internal collaboration
— Working in sync with sales, product, and marketing
— Product feedback: what the market is asking for, what's missing in our offering
— Contributing to positioning and partner-facing materials
It's a match if you
— Have 2+ years of experience working at an iGaming provider — this is critical for us, the industry specifics matter
— Have experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales
— Have your own contact base — operators, aggregators, partners
— Understand the iGaming market: how integrations work, who's responsible for what, how decisions are made on the operator side
— Have experience leading negotiations and managing deals from lead to signature
— Have worked with a pipeline and basic analytics — you can see where deals fall off and why
— English B1–B2 (working) — for communication with international partners
— Proactive and self-driven — you don't wait for leads to be handed to you, you go and find them
— Result-oriented and accountable for your area
Nice to have
— Experience working with specific regions: LatAm, Tier-1 Europe, Asia, CIS
— Experience launching partnerships from scratch in a new company or new market
— Understanding of the crash segment and its sales specifics
— Network among C-level operators and aggregators
Your focus for the first 3 months
— Month 1: diving into the product and offering in parallel with actively sourcing first clients. Auditing your own contact base against VortexGames specifics, first outreach and first deals in progress from the very first month
— Month 2: scaling the pipeline, negotiations across multiple tracks, first signed partnerships. Setting up the funnel and process
— Month 3: a steady flow of new partners, a predictable pipeline for the next quarter. At the end — Probation Period Evaluation: we review results and discuss further growth
Why it's comfortable with us

— Freedom in how you work — responsibility for the result
Compensation and terms
— Transparent rules for vacation, day off, and sick leave — no surprises
— Birthday and performance bonuses, salary reviews based on results, not the calendar

— It's not scary to ask, make a mistake, or suggest an idea. It's really like that here — ask anyone during the interview
— Zero toxicity and zero micromanagement
— Everyone impacts the product directly — without sign-offs across seven departments
