As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and operating highly available, scalable, and secure cloud platforms that power real-world applications.
This role focuses on building automation-first ecosystems, promoting DevOps culture, and ensuring engineering practices align with long-term business impact. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to transform requirements into resilient, production-grade infrastructure.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering roles
- Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, including managed cloud platforms (EKS, GKE, AKS) and on-premise environments
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation
- Proven experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable architectures on AWS
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring team members and contributing to team growth
- Design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade platforms across cloud and on-prem environments
- Optimize infrastructure based on AWS Well-Architected principles
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Build and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Improve system reliability, security, and resilience
- Proactively diagnose and resolve production issues
- Promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
- Align platform strategies with organizational goals
- Experience leading teams in customer-facing environments
- Exposure to AI-driven DevOps or LLMOps
- AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification
- Ownership of impactful cloud and platform initiatives
- Work alongside high-performing engineers in a collaborative environment
- Exposure to enterprise-scale customer projects
