Golang Developer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Go (Golang), distributed systems, and modern backend architectures, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Frontend
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure application security, reliability, and availability

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 9 years of overall software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) in production environments
• Experience in building microservices and REST APIs
• Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience in message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools
