Golang Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go (Golang), cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for various applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to define system requirements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Integrate data storage solutions such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Deploy and monitor services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements to deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in backend development using Golang.
• Strong understanding of concurrency patterns and Go routines/channels.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of event-driven or microservice architectures.
