Role

• Serve as a certified Scrum Master and servant-leader, fostering a self-organizing team environment and driving Agile maturity.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team to ensure project goals align with requirements.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum values, practices, and rules while maintaining high standards of delivery.
• Protect the team from external interference and remove any impediments that block progress.
• Guide the Product Owner in effective backlog management and long-term planning for the 8-month project duration.
• Maintain clear and excellent communication across time zones, ensuring consistent overlap with the team until 12 PM EST.
• Promote continuous improvement and transparency within the team to enhance velocity and quality.
  
  

Tasks

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track and report on project and sprint metrics to monitor health and progress.
• Update and maintain Scrum artifacts such as the Sprint Backlog, Burn-down charts, and Kanban boards.
• Coordinate with the team to identify and resolve technical or process-related roadblocks immediately.
• Manage documentation and process flows to support potential project extensions beyond the initial 8-month phase.
