HIRING: Network Support Engineer - Real Estate Firm

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai

Role: Network Support Engineer (Executive IT)

Reporting to: Senior General Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Network Infrastructure

  • Configure and manage Cisco switches, routers wireless networks
  • Monitor network performance, bandwidth uptime
  • Ensure redundancy, failover high availability
  • Work with IoT, RFID, OT networks edge computing

System Support

  • Manage DNS, DHCP Windows Servers (2019/2022)
  • Handle installation, configuration troubleshooting
  • Backup management patch updates
  • Firewall, web security content filtering

Security Compliance

  • Manage CCTV, access control, fire BMS systems
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments vulnerability testing
  • Network hardening, log monitoring access management
  • Disaster recovery business continuity planning

IT Operations

  • Endpoint server management
  • VLAN network segregation
  • Wi-Fi LAN support for estate operations
  • Visitor parking management systems

Key Skills

  • Cisco Networking (Switching Routing)
  • Network Monitoring Tools (Nagios, OpManager)
  • IoT OT Network Understanding
  • Firewall Security Management
  • Strong troubleshooting analytical skills

Eligibility

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
  • 23 years of relevant experience
