This opportunity sits within a growing product capability, where a Senior Product Manager will take ownership of shaping product vision, driving delivery, and leading multidisciplinary teams across high‑profile programmes.


You’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Define and drive product vision across complex digital services
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering user‑centred solutions
  • Shape roadmaps and manage prioritised backlogs
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to align goals and delivery
  • Influence product thinking across clients and internal teams
  • Coach and mentor colleagues while building product capability


Your Responsibilities:


  • Define product vision and translate this into clear roadmaps and deliverables
  • Own and manage prioritised product backlogs and user stories
  • Lead teams to deliver against client objectives and user needs
  • Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, and delivery
  • Engage stakeholders to build alignment and drive decision‑making
  • Lead workshops and product discussions across diverse audiences
  • Balance user needs with constraints such as policy, security, and delivery timelines
  • Support team performance by providing leadership and removing blockers


Key Requirements:


  • Experience leading product delivery within agile environments
  • Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across delivery environments
  • Ability to drive decision‑making using data and evidence
  • Experience balancing competing priorities and constraints
  • Confident facilitating workshops and group sessions
  • Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles
  • Experience working across Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks


You will gain exposure with:

  • Large‑scale, user‑centred digital transformation programmes
  • Product delivery across government, health, and regulated environments
  • Service design‑led approaches to complex problem solving
  • Cross‑functional delivery teams spanning design, engineering, and data
