Overview

A leading, globally recognised multimedia publishing group is looking for a Freelance Project Manager to join its branded content team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment across high‑profile digital and print campaigns, partnering with major commercial clients and internal creative teams.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of branded content, native advertising, and end‑to‑end project delivery, who can remain calm under pressure and confidently manage multiple stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of digital and print branded content campaigns
  • Full ownership of the project lifecycle using a range of project methodologies and tools
  • Delivery of native content and bespoke assets supported by media plans
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity
  • Working cross‑functionally with creative, editorial, production, sales, and external partners
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls, ensuring financial accuracy
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, including social media metrics
  • Leading clear communication with stakeholders and presenting project updates when required
  • Ensuring the final delivery of all campaign assets to a high standard and on deadline



Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven Project Management experience within digital advertising, media, agency, or publishing
  • Strong print production experience
  • Excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle and different delivery methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of native advertising and bespoke content formats
  • Experience managing film and photo shoots and coordinating creative teams
  • Confident managing multiple projects in a high‑pressure environment
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and monitoring spend
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, self‑starting approach
  • Experience with CMS publishing, article creation, and content workflows
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, metadata, link equity)
  • Experience using Google Analytics and reporting on digital campaigns
  • Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and processes
