We are looking for a Power BI Dataviz, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Lead and execute cross‑functional data and finance initiatives within the Global FP&A team to enhance insights and reporting capabilities across regions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with IT teams to implement robust and scalable BI solutions.
• Design and maintain data architecture and financial data models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across global dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Develop self‑service analytics tools and dashboards using SQL and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI), enabling stakeholders to access and explore key financial insights.
• Build dashboards for small projects and implement updates on existing Power BI dashboards.
• Support system implementations and process automation initiatives, including UAT testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Optimize FP&A processes by eliminating manual tasks, streamlining reporting workflows, and leveraging analytics to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate globally with regional finance and analytics teams to contribute to a harmonized reporting framework and drive process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced proficiency in English for global collaboration.
• Strong experience with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining dashboards using BI tools, particularly Power BI.
• Experience translating business and finance requirements into technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of financial data, FP&A processes, and performance reporting.
• Experience designing and maintaining data models and data architectures for analytics use cases.
• Experience supporting system implementations, including UAT testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, analytics, and IT teams in a global environment.
• Experience optimizing reporting processes, reducing manual work, and improving data reliability.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Row‑Level Security (RLS).
• Experience with ADF, ADB, Python, and PySpark.
