We at Coforge are looking to hire a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with the below mentioned skills.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps practices that support continuous integration, delivery, and infrastructure automation across enterprise platforms. You’ll work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Architect and maintain scalable, secure AWS environments using services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
  • Set up monitoring and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2, PCI-DSS).
  • Certification in cloud or DevOps technologies is a plus.
