What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking practitioners who are calm under pressure, technically grounded, and comfortable operating in high‑stakes security environments:

• Strong hands‑on experience in security operations
• (SOC, incident response, threat detection, detection engineering)
• Solid fundamentals across cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity, network security, and logging/monitoring
• Clear thinking, disciplined documentation, and confident communication during incidents
• Experience operating in regulated, critical, or high‑availability environments is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud, and platform teams
