  • Focus on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency, ensuring web interfaces are intuitive and aligned with user workflows.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Integrate front‑end components with backend services and APIs by collaborating with server‑side teams using technologies such as .NET, Python, or Node.js.
  • Participate in testing and debugging activities to ensure cross‑browser compatibility, performance, and reliability.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability, following web standards and best practices.
  • Use Git (preferably Azure DevOps) for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.
  • Maintain clear documentation for front‑end components, UX patterns, and development workflows.
  • Stay up to date with emerging front‑end and UX trends, frameworks, and best practices, applying them where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on front‑end development and UI/UX.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Hands‑on experience with Angular (or similar frameworks such as React)
  • Experience creating responsive and adaptive designs for different devices and screen sizes
  • Basic understanding of backend technologies such as .NET, Python, or Node.js for effective collaboration (not deep ownership).
  • Experience using Git in a team‑based development environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for debugging and improving front‑end applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field.
  • Experience working on enterprise or commercial web applications.
