Working Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time

Engagement: Full-Time (Contract / Outsourced)

Position Overview

LoanBud is hiring an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to manage and support our hiring and people operations processes.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the hiring pipeline, onboarding new hires, and supporting general HR functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes at once. You will play a key role in helping us build and scale our team.


Key Responsibilities


Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

·       Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms

·       Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach

·       Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers and candidates

·       Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience

·       Track and manage the hiring pipeline from application through offer


Interview Coordination & Hiring Process

·       Coordinate multi-step interview processes

·       Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scheduling and feedback

·       Collect and organize interview feedback

·       Support offer preparation and candidate follow-up


Onboarding & Training Coordination

·       Coordinate onboarding for new hires

·       Ensure all documentation and setup is completed prior to start date

·       Help facilitate onboarding schedules and early training coordination

·       Support new hires during their first weeks

·       Assist in organizing or improving onboarding and training processes


HR & Administrative Support

·       Maintain employee records and documentation

·       Support internal HR processes and workflows

·       Assist with policy updates, documentation, and compliance-related tasks

·       Help coordinate internal communications and team updates


Process Improvement & Organization

·       Maintain structured and organized recruiting and HR workflows

·       Identify opportunities to improve hiring speed and efficiency

·       Help implement tools and systems to support scaling

Candidate Experience Mindset

·       You understand that recruiting is also customer experience

·       You ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged


Requirements

·       2–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations roles

·       Experience coordinating interviews and managing hiring pipelines

·       Fluent English (spoken and written)

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·       Experience working remotely with a professional setup

·       Availability aligned with U.S. business hours


Nice to Have

·       Experience recruiting for sales, operations, or tech roles

·       Familiarity with ATS or recruiting tools

·       Experience supporting onboarding or HR processes

·       Experience with training, onboarding programs, or setting up training systems

·       Experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams
