Project Manager

6 month contract + possible extensions

Hybrid 2x per week in Toronto, ON

Pay: $70-80/hr incorporated

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join a leading insurance company on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be joining the digital team and be responsible for the oversight of a new claims automation project in the pre-project phase. Tasks will include defining the scope or work, resourcing, implementation plans, refining the business case, outputs and deliverables, working with stakeholders and continuous support into the implementation phases.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in Project Management (multi-million dollar projects/ programs with multiple workstreams) in Information Technology (IT) using agile and hybrid methodologies
• Hands on experience with delegating large project in complex environments
• 2+ years of experience within insurance - P&C required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Strong communication skills as you will be interacting with stakeholders
