What will you be doing?
As part of the Engineering team, you will lead front-end initiatives:
- Create unique data visualizations for over 10M conversational data points
- Design compelling and clear user experiences for process automation
- Mature a snappy and delightful SaaS product with robust automated quality assurance
- Review code and work in a high-quality, product-focused team
- Lead front-end architecture decisions and mentor other developers
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape user experience strategy

What skills and experience do you need?
- At least 5 years of professional front-end development experience
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Proficiency in React
- Proficiency in design and styling with Tailwind or equivalent frameworks
- Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience in frontend end-to-end testing
- Experience with Python and backend API development
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent mentorship and leadership abilities
- A learning mindset and willingness to tackle technical challenges
