The Role

As a Product Manager, you will own our core strategic theme: Process Intelligence. This is a deeply AI-driven role where you’ll leverage our platform to analyze process data, helping enterprises understand and optimize their workflows like never before. You will be at the heart of the "Agentic" revolution, defining how AI agents shape the future of work.

What will you be doing?

• Own your domain (Process Intelligence): You are responsible for the vision and roadmap of how we transform raw process data into actionable intelligence. You ensure our solutions are not just technically feasible, but high-value for global enterprises.
• Product Discovery 2.0: Continuously research the market, user needs and industry trends. We expect you to "practice what we preach" by using AI tools to supercharge your own discovery workflow and validate ideas faster.
• Impact over shipping: You understand that shipping code is only the beginning. You measure success through business impact and customer ROI, using data to drive further iterations and investments.
• Lead through influence: As an individual contributor, you achieve results by influencing your teammates and stakeholders through data, logic, and a clear narrative.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Product Marketing to launch solutions that customers love and that work for our business.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for technology-powered products (preferably B2B SaaS).
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with process automation, process mining, or complex data products is a significant plus.
• Methodology: Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques, and how to fast-track them with AI.
• Communication: Exceptional English skills. The ability to translate complex AI concepts into a clear, compelling story for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Mindset: A team player who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving as fast as the tech.
