AI Engineer

What You Do

• Build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations — from initial architecture to final deployment.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to find the right fit between generative AI, traditional ML, or standard engineering.
• Treat AI pipelines with high rigor — ensuring they are versioned, observable, idempotent, and built on solid data foundations.
• Prioritize scalability, security, clean code, and testability in every solution.
• Ensure continuous improvement in production by defining metrics, running evaluations, and detecting regressions.

What You Bring

• A strong software engineering background, with a focus on Python or similar languages.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases.
• A proven ability to deploy and maintain production-grade AI or data pipelines.
• A product-oriented mindset with an eye for user experience.
