We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on building and enhancing mission-critical cloud-native platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable infrastructure, modern CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems within a highly collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and cloud engineering initiatives while helping shape best practices across the engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure tooling and platform services
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Develop integrations across multiple services and systems
• Support distributed systems and messaging-based architectures
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to improve observability and reliability
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with security, compliance, and operational standards
• Collaborate closely with software engineering and platform teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related software engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies
• Experience working with Kubernetes environments, ideally AKS
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Scripting or programming experience with languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
• Experience working with Git-based development workflows
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and automated testing practices

Desirable Experience

• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
